Before you write…

Is Pixel Learn really free?

Yes. The app is free. There are no ads, no in-app purchases for content, and no paid hero unlocks. We don't sell data. In 2027 we may add an optional parent-dashboard subscription.

Which devices do you support?

iOS 15+ (iPhone & iPad) and Android 9+. The app is designed for phones — tablet layouts are bigger but not "tablet-first." Web version coming 2026.

How is my child's data handled?

We don't collect names, emails, or photos of children. Progress data stays on-device unless parents opt into cloud sync. Full policy in our privacy notice.

Can I request a new hero or language?

Please do! We rotate new heroes quarterly based on parent votes. Next languages on the list: Spanish, French, and Turkish.

Do you do school or classroom pilots?

Yes. Write to schools@pixellearn.app and we'll send the classroom dashboard beta.
